(PRESS RELEASE) GREEN BAY, WI – Cherry Optical Lab (COL) selected Bayland Buildings Inc. as the design-build general contractor for a 26,900 sq. Ft. addition and remodel.
Cherry Optical Lab is a family-owned independent wholesale optical laboratory looking to expand its production area. To meet this demand, 6,500 sq. Ft. of new space will be built along with remodeling existing storage areas and offices. Its current production area consisted of four separate buildings. The latest addition will tie the main three buildings together, making for one cohesive campus totaling 32,900 sq. Ft. The completion date is scheduled for August 2020.
