A few months ago, an elderly woman walked in through the front entrance of our store. While this may not seem odd, most of our customers actually use the rear entrance, which is where our parking lot is. Her prescription was very off and we questioned how she was even using the glasses she had purchased at Warby Parker. So, we booked her for an exam, got her new glasses and then walked her to the front of the store … It was only then we realized she had mounted the curb and parked her car right on the sidewalk in front of our store. Needless to say, this was not a parking spot. — Harris Decker, Eye Designs of Westchester, Scarsdale, NY
