Sun Pharma Launches 4th ‘Dry Eye Gets Personal’ Video Campaign

(PRESS RELEASE) Sun Pharma recently launched an unbranded video campaign called Dry Eye Gets Personal.

The series features four videos, each with an optometrist or ophthalmologist (a few who also have dry eye disease themselves) talking about a dry eye patient experience that affected them personally and what they want other eye doctors to know. The eye doctors featured are:

  • Darrell White, MD, founder of Skyvision Centers
  • Carly Rose, OD, owner, Eyecare on the Square
  • Rolando Toyos, MD, medical director and founder, and Melissa Toyos, MD, partner and research director, Toyos Clinic
  • Doug Devries, OD, co-founder, Eye Care Associates

To close out Dry Eye Awareness Month 2021, optometrist Doug Devries talked about a dry eye patient who he treated a few years ago. She was a urologic surgeon who headed her hospital department, and her situation was so dramatic that the experience still impacts him.
