Eyewear style expert Wendy Buchanan returned to the small screen last week.
The INVISION Magazine online contributor and founder of the Be Spectacular Eyewear Styling System made a successful return appearance on the popular Canadian talk show The Social.
Buchanan shared sunglass style tips with the show’s trio of hosts during the segment which aired on National Sunglasses Day. She also paired each host with their perfect frames.
The segment went like this:
Buchanan, working one-on-one with each host, would first present a pair of sunglasses that, while perfectly fine examples of eyewear, didn’t pair well with the individual.

She then brought forth a pair of sunglasses that were a perfect match. However, these selections were “safe” styles that the individuals already felt comfortable wearing.
A third selection then was presented. These expertly selected sunglasses were in styles that the individual hosts may not have expected.
Needless to say, Buchanan (implementing her 5 Spec Style approach) made correct calls each time.
The show’s main host, Melissa Grelo said it best at the conclusion of the segment: “Wendy, you hit it outta the park again.”
