Customer Returns because she can’t get used to her new progressives in a round frame. After inspection, lenses were mounted right on left/left on right. The lab had screwed up and we didn’t catch it. After switching the lenses she was very happy and asked ‘What happened?’ I replied, ‘You were wearing them upside down.’ She responds, ‘Really?’ and walks out a satisfied customer! — Dave S., San Luis Obispo, CA
