As if I&R training isn’t already stressful enough, try adding a wildly overbearing mother completely taking over all the while passing gas loudly the entire time and continually saying ‘Excuse me, I just do that sometimes…’ ‘Can you please not do that right now in this small room?’ was what I wanted to say, but instead I said, ‘Oh it’s no problem. I completely understand.’ In fact, I do not understand ma’am. This patient still comes to our office yearly with all of her children and I can hardly make eye contact.
